Our parent company is TOEC (Tianjin Optical Electronic Communication Company or No. 754 Plant) with register capital of US $56 million, being China's first military production base of wireless communication products. TOECSTAR is the only manufacturer of LED display screens nominated by TOEC.
As one of largest manufacturers of LED displays in China, TOECSTAR has installed several thousand of LED display projects spreading over the field of sports, transportation, advertising, finance, security, telecommunication, electricity and others.
